INGREDIENTS

Strawberries
½ bar of bittersweet dark chocolate
Palacio Marqués de Viana Sublime Blend EVOO
Skim milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash the strawberries well. In a bowl, break the chocolate into bits and add a little milk. Place in the microwave for a few minutes, then stir. If the chocolate has not melted fully, place in the microwave for a few more seconds. Take care not to burn the chocolate!
When the chocolate is fully melted, stir until a uniform consistency is reached, while adding the Palacio Marqués de Viana Sublime Blend extra-virgin olive oil. You will see it adds a delicious touch, as well as lending a special shine to the sauce.
Dip the strawberries into the chocolate and either serve immediately or else allow the chocolate to harden before serving.
