- 1 natural yogurt
Cut the leeks and fry them with EVOO Blend Sublime with salt and pepper. On the other hand we put the vegetable broth to boil with the saffron. When the leeks are transparent, add the diced and peeled pears; then add the broth and stir, low cook for 25 minutes.
When it has finished cooking, beat it by adding the yogurt. When it is ready to be served, add a dash of Extra Virgin Olive Oil Blend Sublime and you can add some sprouts or edible flowers to decorate it.
