The Palace Blend EVOO
Cook the pasta in a large pot with water, salt and a bit of extra-virgin olive oil. Drain and set aside.
For the pesto sauce, place in a blender approximately one handful of pine nuts for every three servings, and add our Palace Blend EVOO until it just covers the pine nuts. Add a few pieces of Parmesan cheese, basil leaves, and half a clove of garlic.
Blend until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Taste and decide whether you prefer to add the other half clove of garlic or not. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Serve the pasta with this very special pesto… our EVOO gives it a unique touch with its hints of green almonds and green wheat.
