PREPARATION

We started by cleaning the inside of the shrimp well. Then stretch them in a circular motion on a baking paper coated with our Blend Sublime extra virgin olive oil.

Later, cover the shrimp with another baking paper with aove and put it in a plastic bag. Gently crush with a mallet until a very thin layer of shrimp is obtained.

Put it in the freezer until it is very cold. Finally extract the paper from the carpaccio and add the caviar followed by a splash of our EVOO Blend Sublime Palacio Marqués de Viana.

A very fresh dish for this summer!
